I honestly can’t wait to go to Santa Cruz for college, I mean sure I am nervous as crap. But then again who isn’t? College is a time of many emotions, the more you think about it though, you come to realize that you aren’t the only freshman there’s 4,000 other kids(for the big universities) just as anxious and nervous to start a new transition in their life. My good friend Kyle Wright had a talk with me, and said “there’s just nothing left in our little city, we’ve done it all, we’ve had the best times, but there’s nothing left for us here anymore,” that’s when I finally realized that it’s time to transition my life. I’m not just some boy anymore, I need to focus on my education, get my act together and get ready to become a man.
